Algebra 3 builds on the skills students learned in Algebra 2 and moves
them into deeper, more practical applications. The focus of this course is to strengthen algebraic
understanding through real world modeling, financial literacy, and problem-based learning. Students
will revisit familiar topics like functions, polynomials, exponentials, logarithms, and trigonometry, but
they will use these ideas to solve problems connected to daily life, business, science, and personal
finance.
