Course description

A- This is a seminar style class with many large and small group discussions. Topics this semester focus on the Foundations in Personal Finance chapters covering Saving, Budgeting, Credit, and Debt. Members of the Brunswick business community also share expertise during visits to the BHS. This class also has the ability to be student led which will allow the class to cover other topics in which the class may be interested. B- This is a seminar style class with many large and small group discussions. Topics this semester focus on the Foundations in Personal Finance chapters covering Financial Planning, Insurance, Income, Taxes, and Purchasing. This semester has a larger focus on wealth building and spending. Members of the Brunswick business community also share expertise during visits to the BHS. This class also has the ability to be student led which will allow the class to cover other topics in which the class may be interested.
