Course description

ERWC gives students the opportunity to gain twennty-first century skills. Students will have the opportunity to sample pieces from mostly American Literature. The course is a college prepatory class it fulfills A-G requirements and adresses the California Common Core State Standards. Students will demonstrate mastery in their abilities to apply formal writing process and critically analyze class assigned text. Successful completion of the course results with 10 credits. Throughout the course students will demonstrate active reading; writing; listening and speaking skills through various forms of assesments.†
