This hands-on course introduces students to essential culinary skills, including knife techniques, cooking methods, kitchen safety, and proper food handling practices. Through collaborative cooking experiences and practical lessons, students will learn how to create balanced meals, stock a functional pantry, and make smart food choices on a budget.
