Course description

Commercial Production will be the Work-Based Learning course for the Culinary Program. Each student will study for and take the ServSafe exam. Each class will help complete all catering orders that come throughout the year. Classes will develop menus to be offered to staff for breakfast and lunches on scheduled days. At the end of each month students will run a bake sale to earn money for their student enterprise. This is to allow each class to create a small business and experience the steps of building a business.
