Requires me to collect outside materials and use them in comparisons in ph levels ; water retention and other physical and chemical changes that occur naturally in all sorts of environments. We typically had to do these sorts of assignments once or twice a week. This was a year long course and required me to take about 1-2 hours of dedicated lab time to just that class.
