Course description

Submitting for LADV approval: This science laboratory course is designed for students who want to study the environment, its resources and the issues that arise when they are depleted. This is an interdisciplinary course that builds on the understanding of biology, earth science, chemistry, physics, and human population dynamics. Students will learn about problems we face as an interconnected planet. They will learn what causes these problems and explore potential solutions as they build an appreciation for the earth and its natural resources. Students who complete this course will be prepared for higher-level science courses.
