Course description

Oceanography is a laboratory science course which introduces students to the marineenvironments; the organisms that inhabit them; and the human activities which affect; and areaffected by aquatic ecosystems. The physical science content includes investigation into thephysical; geological; and chemical properties of the ocean. The life science content studies thediversity of life in the oceans and how these organisms have adapted to their environment.
