Course description

This course is designed to prepare students for college level mathematics and statistics. Topics of study include hypothesis testing; normal distributions; confidence intervals; and creating appropriate models for data. Students will be required to use problem solving and reasoning skills to collect; analyze; and make conclusions about data sets. A graphing calculator is required for this course.
