Problem solving; mathematics; and physics concepts are introduced and integrated throughout the semester. The focus for this semester is on the study of kinematics. Concepts ranging from basic motion; velocity; and acceleration will be developed and expanded upon as well as the concepts of force; energy; and momentum. Hands on labs and analysis reports are required.

2:
Problem solving; mathematics; and physics concepts are introduced and integrated throughout the semester. The focus for this semester is on the study of electricity; magnetism; waves; and light. The course consists of fifteen lessons; a midterm; and final exam. This is a lab science credit. Hands on labs and analysis reports are required.
