Course description

Students enrolled in this year-long course will study and develop a deeper understanding of all fundamentals involved in stage craft & technical theater. Major topics will include: scenic design and construction; aesthetic values in theatre; sound; lighting; costuming; makeup design; publicity; and stage management. Students will work in the classroom; auditorium and scene shop applying their knowledge to hands-on projects in theatre arts.
