Course description

Whether you aspire to work in a biotech lab; do research and development; or aspire to a career in health or medicine; this is the course for you! You will learn about the principles and methods of recombinant DNA technology; bioinformatics and much more. You will become part of AZHOSA participating in leadership conferences & competitions; and exploring biotechnology related careers. Labs reinforce and expand on the topics covered in class. This course qualifies as the second year of the CTE biotechnology sequence.
