Course description

This course instructs the basic fundamentals of digital imagery and art; including image capture; image editing and image output. Camera; computer and printing operations will be covered and aligned with the state standards. The fundamentals of photographic concepts as fine art; photographic art history; and photography and fine arts as a career will be covered in this beginning level course. No prior photography skills are required for this course. Students will maintain an electronic and traditional portfolio in this course.
