Course description

This Chem/Physics course covers a large variety of concepts from Chemistry; Physics and Space Science. The topics include Motion;
Forces; Thermodynamics; Waves; Sound; Light; Electricity; Magnetism; the Solar System; the Universe; Volcanoes; Earthquakes;
Tornadoes; and Hurricanes. The course will teach the student methods of how to apply factual knowledge to analyze and solve
scientific problems. These methods include designing; performing and analyzing lab experiments; graphing; and using mathematical
models.
NOTE: This course meets the laboratory science requirement for in-state universities.
