Course description

This two-course sequence continues previous study and introduces the student to a variety of areas of language learning. Students will learn listening; speaking; reading and writing skills through activities that are based on pedagogically-proven methods of foreign language instruction. Students learn to express themselves with broader vocabulary and age-appropriate conversations. More advanced grammar is introduced and practiced in innovative and interesting ways with a variety of learning styles in mind. Korean culture; people; society; and history; and there will be presented in readings (in English & Korean) and in cultural events and activities.
