Course description

This course introduces students to the systematic and scientific study of the behavior and mental processes of humans and other animals. Students are exposed to the psychological facts; principles;
and phenomena associated with each of the major subfields within psychology. They also learn about the methods psychologists use in their scientific research and practice. Students should be prepared
to complete work equivalent to what they would encounter in an introductory college course in psychology. This course is part of the IB Diploma Programme. NOTE: This is a weighted course.
