Course description

Percussion ensemble serves as the marching drum line during fall and concert percussion during the spring. The group will perform at the region large group festivals. The group will also have rehearsals and concerts outside the normal school day; which will be required by all musicians. The percussion ensemble will play in all events that Marching; Concert and Symphonic bands are required. All members of percussion ensemble are encouraged to be in marching band. This course may be repeated for credit. Prerequisite: Director approval and/or student audition. Fee required.
