Course Description:Pre-AP Physics H is an introductory college-level physics course for general studies. Topics include Newtonian mechanics; mechanical waves; light and optics; and electricity and magnetism. Dual enrollment credit may be earned for PHY101 at participating campuses.Course Objectives:1. Design and conduct an independent scientific investigation involving the collection and analysis ofquantitative data.2. Analyze and communicate the findings of scientific investigations related to physics.3. Apply knowledge of physical principles to analyze problems and determine solutions.4.
