Course description

This advanced course is designed for self-motivated and dedicated students who want to create a comprehensive body of work their senior year. The student musician will use their studio time to refine their personal style. Seniors will also intern while partaking in a study of music in a professional arts setting. This could involve a recording studio; performance venue; and/or a fine arts organization in the Greater Phoenix area. Students will round off their experiences with Music Technology classes by producing a capstone project. This involves learning how to successfully market oneself as an artist and requires the development of an organized; engaged medium to present.
