Course description

This course covers safety; tools; technical schematics; and energy technologies. The laboratory portion of this course provides hands-on experience for the mechanical and electrical skills required of E&IT technicians. This course is aligned with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) curriculum. There are dual enrollment opportunities for 6 college credits and two industrial certifications associated with this course.
