Academy Spanish 1 is a fast-paced class for highly capable and motivated students. This course follows the guidelines of the ACTFL (World Language) Standards and provides opportunities for students to demonstrate their proficiency across all modes of communication: interpretive; interpersonal; and presentational. Language skills and culture will be integrated simultaneously throughout the year. This is a fast-paced class and students will be expected to participate extensively in the target language through a variety of activities.†
