Course description

This course instructs students how to keep track of, manage, analyze and interpret the financial records of a business. An introduction to financial accounting concepts and the communication of financial information to external users. Examines the accounting process, transaction analysis, asset and equity accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis, and related topics. Students will also learn accounting principles applied to asset, liability, revenue, and expense items appearing on financial statements. Inventory analysis, depreciation and bad debts analysis, capital and revenue expenditures, This mathematic course includes College Algebra, Elementary Statistics and Business Statistics.
