†This course is a continuation of STAG 9 with topics† in Statistics; Trigonometry;† Algebra and Geometry. The course will cover† selected standards from the Mass. frameworks and will prepare all students for the MCAS 2.0 Exam which is given in the Spring of 10th grade† The advanced course will cover a greater range of Algebra and Trigonometry topics (additional topics should include but are not limited to: unit circle; law of sines and cosines and logarithms) along with area and volume and will cover them in greater depth than the CP course. This course along with Advanced PreCalculus prepare students for the AP Calculus AB course.
