Course description

The focus of this course is the operation of a high-tech, stateof-the-art greenhouse. Students engage in basic greenhouse operations including organic greenhouse production and hydroponic plant care (seeding and planting to harvesting and marketing.) Students study plant nutrition, pest management, and basic agricultural mechanical skills. Students participate in various FFA events and are required to maintain an SAE project and an electronic record book
