Course description

This class is the study of an automobile. This will be a hands-on experience class involving activities that relate directly to maintenance; repair and service. The program of instruction may include: safety in the shop; care and use of tools; interpretation of parts books; parts handling; engine construction; ignition systems; fuel systems; charging systems; starting systems; electronic systems; chassis wiring and diagrams; brakes; lubrication and minor tune-up.†
