Explore the structure; function; diversity; and evolution of living matter by taking an in-depth look at the fundamental characteristics of living organisms.† Students will formulate hypotheses; design simple experiments; draw conclusions; develop inferences that they will apply to new situations; and will apply scientific principles to everyday life. All students enrolled in Biology I will take the LEAP 2025 exam at the completion of the course. The LEAP 2025 exam score will factor into the student?s course grade.
