Mastery of Periodic table; chemical bonds; interactions; acids and bases; creation of compounds; etc. 4 hours a month on labs. Chemical reactions labs; learn the scientific method and observing reactions.

Green chunks lab; copper and acid

Metals classification by testing certain chemicals on them that have a know reaction.

Various labs of this variety to test students understanding of chemical interactions with metals; woods; and other physical materials.
