Course description

This course is an intermediate course for students with a greater interest in building trades profession. This course will include a safe hands-on and applied study of wood frame construction; masonry; concrete; tile; drywall; plumbing; water distribution and electrical. Students will perform record and management duties; demonstrate oral and written communication skills as well as apply mathematical concepts related to construction. The program will include career and job exploration; entrepreneurship; management and leadership skills.†
