This course gives students the opportunity to continue to build and expand upon the knowledge and skills learned in Culinary Arts 1. Students develop skills in all facets of the food service industry. Industry Certification is offered to add student marketability. Meal planning; food preparation techniques; and catering skills for employability are emphasized. This course utilizes laboratory experiences and the exploration and mastery of basic chef skills. Students will experience applications that support the Arizona Mathematics Standards.†
