This course is a continuation of the course, Culinary Arts, in providing a practicum in the professional kitchen industry. It provides
occupationally specific opportunities for students to participate in a learning experience that combines classroom instruction with career
experiences. Students can pursue a national sanitation certification, ServSafe Certification.
