Course description

This course utilizes a Career and Technical Education Internship model to provide seniors who are Culinary Arts program completers with an interest in work-based learning an opportunity to advance their knowledge and skills in food service; catering; and restaurant operations through on the job training in a culinary school-based enterprise; a restaurant or catering culinary business. Students will earn 0.5 credit for every 135 hours worked per semester; up to 1.0 credit per semester; for working in a paid or unpaid internship related to Culinary Arts. This course may be repeated for credit up to a maximum of 2.0 credits.†
