This course is for advanced intermediate ELL students who have shown a high level of proficiency in listening and speaking. It is designed for ELLs offering a chronological and thematic exploration of American literature. Through this approach, students will gain an understanding of the "American Journey" while also drawing connections to contemporary themes. The course emphasizes refining reading and writing skills with opportunities to analyze texts critically and communicate ideas clearly. Practical exercises in grammar and vocabulary are integrated to strengthen students' overall English language skills.
