Course description

Students will study and apply the concepts and genres of literature as they read selections from across time periods in British literature. Students will apply grammar rules and acquire new vocabulary; while analyzing classic and contemporary fiction and non-fiction texts. Students will compose writings within the various modes of writing: narrative; expository; and argumentative with an emphasis on research writing for college.
