Course description

ENS101 is the first course of a one-year environmental sustainability program offered to junior and seniorstudents. This course covers the engineering design process as applied through project-based learning andthe water cycle; the regulations of the environmental protection agency (EPA). Students will complete twolong term engineering design projects during this course. In addition; students will learn and practice industrysafety concepts through OSHA 10. Upon completing the one-year program; students may test for the ADEQwater treatment operator level 1 certification.
