Course description

This course combines the literacy; musical; and visual arts into a theatrical experience. This course is a survey of films from the 1960?s to present day. Students will learn to critique some of history?s most important movies by evaluating their cinematography; sound; editing; and narrative form. Discover how film revealed the changes in society; and how society has been changed by film. These studies will enable students to understand their own reactions to film and the important role of the audience. FA or EL credit depends on teacher certification.
