Scholars will grasp the dynamics of energy and examine the various forms of matter. Scholars will also apply real life knowledge of nutrition as they explore labels of foods that they may consume. This will increase their ability to make sound nutritional choices. The periodic table significance will be explained and scholars will gain insight into the scientific method. This will happen through engaging lectures and practical application. The scholars will experience a robust understanding of all essential chemical principles. Scholars must meet eligibility requirements to take this course.
