Course description

IB Computer Science consists of several themes. These include systems fundamentals, computer organization. Networks, computational thinking, problem-solving, and programming. In addition, the course may include databases, modeling and simulation, web science, and object-oriented programming. One piece of internally assessed work will include computational solutions. The themes will be based on real-world problems that are relevant and contemporary, and they will provide students the opportunity to integrate their own experiences within an inquiry-based approach.
