Second year Students will learn an in-depth study of the agencies and processes involved in the Criminal justice system. This encompasses the legislature, police force, prosecutors, public defenders, courts, and corrections. Students will concentrate their attention on careers such as Law Enforcement, Legal Studies, or Forensic Science. Students will understand industry Certifications, college courses, and degrees needed for advancement into their selected career area. Students will apply these skills in a work-based learning experience and receive the opportunity for the AZ DPS Security Guard License and the TSA Law and Public Safety Certificate.
