This one-semester required course focuses on the development of Oral Communication skills in one-on-one conversations, group discussions of various sizes, individual and group presentations. Informal and formal presentations will be given by students on informational, persuasive, and debate topics. An emphasis will be placed on the process of writing speeches including outlining and research.
