Course description

This course is designed for the developing string player who is interested in refining fundamental skills and gaining advanced training on any stringed instrument (violin; viola; cello or string bass) and furthering an appreciation of music. An audition is not required to be a part of this ensemble. The orchestra will provide opportunities for public performance; however; the emphasis is on training and developing string-playing techniques. Practicing outside of school is required. (May be repeated for credit)†
