Course description

In this post-AP course; students will explore works of literature and film; analyzing texts representative of diverse world perspectives and their intertextual relationships. Readings will include novels; short fiction; poetry; essays; literary criticism and political and historical texts. This course will prepare students to form dispositions of inquiry through verbal and written critical analysis and will culminate with a research-driven paper or project.
