Course description

This course provides the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for a career in law enforcement. This course includes the ethical and legal responsibilities; operation of police and emergency telecommunication equipment and courtroom testimony. Students may be able to obtain an entry level Emergency Telecommunications certification. Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) standards will be an integral part of this class. Prerequisite: Law and Public Safety I. Fee required.
