Students in Honors Integrated Science will utilize an inquiry approach to focus on the skills of planning and conducting investigations; analyzing and interpreting data; and obtaining; evaluating; and communicating science information.  This year long physical laboratory science course will allow students to read and interpret scientific texts; conduct numerous hands-on data collection laboratory activities; use mathematical practices; and communicate their scientific knowledge through writing and speaking.  The Honors Integrated Science course focuses on the science content topics of the Scientific Process; Physics; Chemistry and Earth Science.  The honors curriculum further extends student thinking; covers the concepts in greater detail and depth; and includes more complex analysis and skills.
